The pair have made written statements to the Met Police about the VIP network which they claim was known as The Untouchables because they were too powerful to bring to justice. It is believed the ex-cops – one of them Special Branch – told the current inquiry that they were ordered NOT to investigate the group.
Their dramatic new evidence appears to corroborate claims by a victim known as Nick that he witnessed a young boy being murdered by an MP. The former Special Branch officer told police: “There was a significant paedophile group in Parliament who were untouchable to the police.” The two former policemen came forward at the same time to present their shocking new claims before the Met announced they had launched a homicide investigation. The statement from the Yard was a significant development in the scandal which threatens to expose murders and child abuse at the heart of Government.
Last week the Sunday People and the Exaro investigation website revealed that detectives from the Met Police’s paedophile unit had already received chilling testimony from a witness who says he saw an MP kill a boy in front of him. The evidence from the two ex-policemen seems to lend weight to Nick’s shocking testimony. Campaigning Labour MP Tom Watson, who has led calls for a full-scale inquiry, said yesterday: “These allegations show the investigation is gathering even more momentum. “These are serious allegations that cannot be ignored. It is not only witnesses who are coming forward – it’s police as well. “I would urge any other officers from the time to come forward to the Met and give their evidence.
“They may have been reticent in the past but now is the time to share their experiences. With their help, we may finally be able to uncover terrible injustices.” The two policemen have alleged to detectives from Operation Fairbank – set up to investigate historical child abuse – about the existence of the sinister group. They said their efforts to expose an evil network at the heart of the Establishment were thwarted. The two officers have also provided information about the identities of VIP members of the paedophile ring. Among their claims is new information about disgraced former MP Cyril Smith.
The new testimony backs up the Sunday People’s reports earlier this year that Smith, who died four years ago aged 82, was linked to a wider network. We revealed the Rochdale MP was a regular visitor to the infamous Elm Guest House in south-west London. Now the two former officers have told police that Smith was part of the gang of “Untouchables” they were not allowed to investigate. The BBC star presenter was unmasked as a serial child-sex pervert after hundreds of victims came forward following his death at the age of 84 in 2011. Newspapers and TV bulletins have been dominated for the past week by allegations that politicians with links to Margaret Thatcher’s government sexually abused vulnerable children in the 1980s and hid the truth for decades through their “chumocracy.” Suspicions of an establishment cover-up involving government departments, Scotland Yard and other elements of the establishment intensified in recent days when the law-and-order ministry, the Home Office, confirmed dozens of potentially-relevant files alleging sexual misconduct had gone missing from its archives
The allegations—which centre around the suggestion that politicians of all parties and other VIPs preyed on children at a guest house in the London suburb of Barnes—have been given greater credence because in the past two years a string of national figures have been exposed as predatory pedophiles. Most notoriously of all, Sir Jimmy Savile, a BBC children’s television presenter feted by the Royal Family and Downing Street, abused 450 victims, mostly boys and girls as young as eight over 50 years. While Savile had long been seen as odd, the scale of his offenses shocked the country, not least because he was allowed special access to hospitals and the authorities laughed at or ignored his victims, before he died a national hero. An ensuing police inquiry, Operation Yewtree – which has arrested 18 TV presenters, comedians, disc jockeys and other showbusiness associates – last month jailed fellow BBC children’s presenter Rolf Harris for indecent assaults dating back decades, on girls as young as 8.
Into this febrile atmosphere, Tom Watson, a Labour Party lawmaker, told the House of Commons in October 2012 that police should “investigate clear intelligence suggesting a powerful pedophile network linked to Parliament and Number 10.”...as a result of Watson and online news agency Exaro’s investigations, Scotland Yard launched Operation Fernbridge, an inquiry into the now-notorious Elm Guest House.
One confirmed visitor through its front door was Cyril Smith, a jovial 406-pound Liberal MP who was shown after his death to have been a serial abuser of boys at a local authority care home in his home town of Rochdale. Private Eye investigative magazine has suggested that Special Branch, the UK’s national security police, halted police inquiries into Smith in the 1970s to prevent the collapse of the Liberal-Labour coalition government. Attention then swept back to its successor government. In 1983, the far-right Conservative MP, Geoffrey Dickens, compiled a 40-page dossier alleging pedophilia among Westminster politicians and gave it to the Home Office and Attorney General’s Office. This year, the Home Office discovered that 114 files potentially relevant to historic allegations of sexual abuse, including the Dickens dossier, had gone missing.
A year ago Lord Brittan, the Home Secretary to whom Dickens handed his dossier, told reporters he could not recall anything about it. But last week following the intervention of another campaigning MP in Parliament, Lord Brittan issued a statement remembering that he had received the dossier and had asked his officials to study its contents. Over the weekend it emerged that Lord Brittan had been interviewed as a suspect in the rape of a 19-year-old in 1967; an allegation he dismissed as “wholly without foundation.”...On Monday, Home Secretary Theresa May announced an inquiry into the failures of the authorities to protect children...More high-profile prosecutions of pedophilia may shock the country; according to one whistleblower, allegations of sexual abuse have been made against 20 VIPs...In the case of the Westminster “pedophile ring,” the mounting sentiment that Britain’s establishment serves its own interests and conceals its wrongdoing may be well founded. Politicians and celebrities part of Jimmy Savile pedophile ring

A former female MP was involved in a paedophile network at the heart of government, police have been told. She is alleged to have forced a boy in care to perform a “vile” sex act at one of a series of drug-fuelled parties in Westminster in the Eighties where boys and girls as young as 13 were allegedly abused.
Last night her alleged victim told the Sunday Express: “I want justice.” Andrew Ash, now 45, said he has given Scotland Yard the name of the former MP. We cannot name her for legal reasons. Mr Ash claims he was frequently ferried down to London from the North of England, where he was in care, to take part in sex parties.
He says they were organised by a paedophile ring involving David Smith, Jimmy Savile’s former chauffeur who killed himself last year before he was due to stand trial for sex offences. He said: “It wasn’t just politicians, there were also a number of celebrities, including Jimmy Savile, who seemed to have a lot of good links to MPs and powerful businessmen. “There was usually drugs like cocaine and speed available as well as bottles of champagne.” Of his encounter with the female MP, he said: “She was extremely drunk and was laughing as she did it. “I didn’t really know what was going on but the others around her were goading her on. “I must have been about 13 years old at the time and felt humiliated.” We can also reveal that security services have been working closely with Yard detectives because of the highly sensitive nature of the allegations.
The Sunday Express understands police seized video footage and photographs of an alleged sex party from a well-known paedophile last year. Mr Ash claims officers have footage which shows a senior male MP in the same frame as him, although no abuse takes place on camera. He said he is speaking out now because he is frustrated by the lack of action after being interviewed for 70 hours by the Met Police’s Paedophile Unit. He says he was abused by the male MP on another occasion too. He said: “I remember being filmed with this MP, who was abusing me in a garage of a very prominent building behind a Rolls-Royce. “Another politician turned up with a video camera but the man abusing me just smirked and joked, ‘OK, OK, I’ll vote any way you want’ as if he was being blackmailed. What I want to know is why they haven’t arrested him yet if they have this evidence. “All I want is justice and for the truth to come out because these people have been protected for far too long.”
Mr Ash said two Met officers called at his home in Yorkshire last May. Interviews were conducted mainly at a safe house in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, but also in London. “The interviews were usually carried out in blocks of three, normally every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. “On at least two occasions there were two other officers present that I didn’t recognise. They didn’t ask me a thing, they just scribbled notes. “I asked who they were but all I was told was that they were from ‘upstairs’. It was clear from the tone that they were intelligence officers. “They had obviously been made aware of the high-profile names and the sensitive information I had given police.” Dutch intelligence officers attended at least one interview because Andrew told of being trafficked to Amsterdam on a number of occasions to be abused by a group of paedophiles including convicted child killer Sidney Cooke.
He claims Cooke, now 84, made him film the paedophile abusing another young boy on video. It is feared Cooke may have abused and killed young boys in the Netherlands. Mr Ash also told police he was abused by a big-name celebrity. He said: “This particular person was able to get youngsters into glitzy nightclubs in the West End. After one evening he invited me and a young girl back to his house where he made us have sex before joining in.” Mr Ash is being helped by anti-abuse campaigners Bill Maloney and Chris Fay. Mr Fay said: “The police have spent a good deal of time with him, listening to his evidence, and now potentially have compelling information that Andrew was at one of these parties with at least one prominent former MP. more...

Savile has been accused by numerous individuals of having participated in ceremonial occult rites that included acts of rape and child molestation occurring in a group setting. Accounts of this activity can be found here, here and here. Operation Yewtree has identified over 450 victims who alleged to having been abused by a child sex trafficking ring connected to Savile. He has also been photographed with public figures including Margaret Thatcher, the British Royal Family, and members of Led Zeppelin. The possibility that Savile may have been involved in an organized pedophilia ring for blackmail purposes seems even more credible considering the social circles he was given access to.

The snap, taken six years ago, emerged last night after Cardinal Keith O’Brien quit amid allegations of “inappropriate acts” towards fellow priests. When Savile’s vile secrets became known, the cardinal called for him to be stripped of his papal knighthood, awarded in 1990. Cardinal O’Brien quit just 24 hours before he was due to fly to Rome to help choose the next pope....His resignation followed a series of recent allegations against him dating back to the 80s by three priests and one former priest.
The ex-priest claimed the cardinal made an inappropriate approach after night prayers at St Andrew’s College, Drygrange. Another said he was living in a parish when he was visited by O’Brien, and inappropriate contact took place. A third accused him of “unwanted behaviour” after late-night drinking. And a fourth alleged he used night prayers as excuse for inappropriate contact...His sudden departure means Britain will be unrepresented in the process as he was the only cardinal in the British Catholic churches...Cardinal O’Brien, who, along with Prince Philip, welcomed Pope Benedict to Scotland in 2010, was no stranger to controversy.
He recently clashed with the Scottish government over its plans to enshrine same-sex marriage in law by 2015.

Paedophile MP Cyril Smith was in league with another appalling child sex abuser who set up satanic rituals and raped children as young as TWO, the Sunday People has discovered. Victim Michael Roberts, 40, today bravely puts aside his right to anonymity to tell for the first time how he was only six when he was sexually abused by 29-stone politician Smith. And shockingly he has revealed his devil-worshipping stepdad Michael Horgan organised the horrendous ordeal. Horgan made a deal with the man who went on to be knighted after years as a respected Member of Parliament. Michael claims Smith, who was also a close pal of Jimmy Savile, told him he had been “a naughty boy” before forcing him to take part in a perverted spanking and groping ritual.
Now studying for a counselling qualification, Michael fought back tears as he recalled: “I was frightened of him because of his size. But by then I was getting abused by so many people I’d just got used to it.” Horgan, who has also used the name Shaun O’Donnell, became known as the High Priest of Satan. He was jailed for 10 years and placed on the sex offenders’ register after he was found guilty of six sex abuse charges in 1992. Smith died in 2010 aged 82...Horgan organised a series of satanic-themed orgies for like-minded paedos. In one of them he raped little Michael and an even younger female child before watching on as others did the same.
The monster, whose youngest victim was only two, also hung up his stepson and the girl on hooks. In further horrendous episodes he stripped the children naked, blindfolded them and tied them to a cross next to a black magic altar so that his “disciples” could use them for sex.
The abuses were often filmed to be gloated over later. Horgan also forced the children to carry out disgusting sex acts on other kids, including their friends and each other. He organised outdoor “parties” for these activities on Saddleworth Moor, where child killers Ian Brady and Myra Hindley had buried their victims. Youngsters from two to 13 were drugged, tortured and sexually abused during the satanic “ceremonies”. The shock revelation over the satanist and MP’s friendship raises questions over any role Smith and Jimmy Savile may have played in Horgan’s paedo ring. Horgan was also pals with Raymond Hewlett, the child rapist questioned in relation to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.
Michael added: “Michael Horgan used to take me out to ‘visit’ people regularly. It didn’t seem that far away. It didn’t take us long to get there. We went there in a taxi. Just me and Michael Horgan. “I can’t remember where it was, just that it was a long row of houses and that it wasn’t far from where we lived in Rochdale.” Michael says the visit had obviously been set up beforehand as local MP Smith greeted him by his first name when he walked in the room.
He added: “We went into the house. He was a big fat guy. They (Horgan and Cyril) were talking between themselves. It looked like it had been pre-planned because he (Cyril) said, ‘Hello, Michael.’ Then he said I had been ‘naughty’ and that he had to spank me three times. “He spanked my bum three times and then he touched me up. He touched my private parts. He lived with her in her small terraced house in the Lancashire town until her death in 1994.
Never married, Smith’s later years were dogged by rumours about his sexuality and allegations of child abuse. According to police records, prosecutors were given evidence about him in 1970, 1998 and 1999 but charges were never brought. He was finally exposed as a paedophile in November last year. The Crown Prosecution Service admitted he should have been charged. One of his victims claimed he was sexually abused in a room in the Houses Parliament as MPs walked past.
Michael said: “I nearly fell off my chair when I saw it come on the news. I went into shock when I saw him. “I thought, ‘Oh my God, it has finally come out. At the time he abused me I didn’t know who he was....Smith, elected to Parliament in 1972, first rose to national prominence when he awarded his mother Eva the title of First Lady of Rochdale after he became the town’s mayor in 1966.
