Update: Opus Dei involved in Roman Catholic child trafficking network*

The recent scandal in Spain involving the theft and subsequent trafficking of hundreds of babies by the Spanish Roman Catholic Church has been revealed to be linked to an adoption agency run by the secret society Opus Dei. Children were typically taken from single mothers who were sometimes threatened with exposure as adulterers if they exposed the crimes of the Church. Here is an excerpt from a news article followed by brief commentary, via El Pais. Skeptical readers can verify the involvement of Opus Dei here as well.

On the trail of Spain's stolen children

In the decade following the end of the Spanish Civil War, an unholy alliance of doctors, priests, and General Francisco Franco's secret police systematically took thousands of children from vulnerable women known to have supported the Republican cause. These women were often in prison, or their husbands had been killed or were also in jail. It was seen at the time as an effective way of inflicting a lasting punishment on those who had backed the wrong side in the war, at the same time as preventing the appearance of a new generation of "reds" by placing the children in the care of families who supported the new regime.

But over recent years, it has emerged that the practice continued beyond the war, which came to an end in 1939, and was widespread throughout the Franco era - even after the dictator died in 1975. A network of Catholic Church-run children's homes and private hospitals would take newborn infants, typically from young, impoverished single mothers, who were told that their baby had died. Estimates put the total number of children who may have been illegally adopted between 1950 and 1980 at around 300,000.

...The link that enabled the practice of taking children from their mothers - now through deception rather than by force - up to and beyond the death of Franco, was made up of a network of priests and nuns, as well as Catholic doctors, judges and notaries, many of them belonging to the highly secretive Opus Dei movement.

What is highly interesting here is that it reveals the extent to which Opus Dei has been involved in supporting right wing dictatorships, a history the group has repeatedly attempted to minimize, despite the fact that, in 1958, Josemaria Escriva, Opus Dei's founder, wrote a letter to General Franco announcing his congratulations and support for the regime. Not mentioned in the above article is Opus Dei's practice of recruiting members through highly developed techniques of cult mind control. Here is an excerpt from a personal testimony on the Opus Dei Awareness Network website:

"While many Catholic religious organizations now question whether corporal mortification brings a person closer to God, the lay organization Opus Dei embraces corporal mortification in their program of making modern-day martyrs. The use of the cilice (see photo), a barbed-wire chain worn around the groin for two hours each day and the disciplines (see photo), a flagellation device, is well-documented by former numerary (celibate) members. And Opus Dei’s 1950 Constitutions, whose operational and governing paragraphs are still in effect say:

“They conserve faithfully the pious custom of chastisement of the body to keep it in a state of servitude, by wearing a small cilice for at least two hours a day, taking the discipline and sleeping on the floor once a week, making adequate provision to safeguard the health.”...I found out to what extreme this philosophy is carried out when I began to have doubts about my numerary vocation after living in an Opus Dei center for two years. They assigned me a new spiritual director to get me back on track with my life-long commitment to the organization. She was the same age as me, 24. She took me on pilgrimages, and I explained to her that I wanted to leave because I wanted to get married some day. She laughed and told me that the lives of the supernumeraries were far worse and that “men are jerks in pants.” In addition to spending more time with me than our usual weekly fraternal chat, she assigned me the following spiritual reading:..The secret internal document in which Fr. Alvaro del Portillo describes an incident which happened while he and Escriva were hiding in the Madrid’s Honduran consulate in 1937 during the Spanish Civil War. This testimony is recounted in Andrea Tornielli’s book on Escriva and is translated by John Allen of the National Catholic Reporter, ““Escriva would ask for the use of the bedroom alone when it was time for his spiritual practices. Once, however, his chief aide, Fr. Alvaro del Portillo (who would later succeed Escriva as head of Opus Dei), was sick and could not leave the room. Escriva thus told Portillo to cover his head with his blanket. Portillo described what followed: ‘Soon I began to hear the forceful blows of his discipline. I will never forget the number: there were more than a thousand terrible blows, precisely timed, and always inflicted with the same force and the same rhythm. The floor was covered with blood, but he cleaned it up before the others came in.’” more...

It is also interesting that, when most people discuss covert rule by secret societies, the focus is on the "secular humanism" of the Illuminati, with scant mention of the cult's origins in rituals of the Jesuits, a Catholic secret society whose founder also belonged to a secret society named Alumbrados(Illuminated). The Illuminati's founder, Adam Weishaupt, was himself a Jesuit and he based the rituals of the Illuminati upon those of the Jesuits. Ultimately, both right wing religious ideologies and their supposed left wing counterpart in libertinism are rooted in Gnostic sects of antiquity, and both sides have repeatedly been linked to gross abuses of power, whether through politics, industry, religion or the media. Since geopolitical centralization is by no means partisan in nature, it is vital to dig deeper to understand the philosophical undercurrent which unifies the seeming opposites in dictatorial criminal rule. For now, I will wrap things up by comparing images of the pagan sun cross with the insignia of Opus Dei and the Jesuits, an organization that has repeatedly been linked to assassinations(notice what appears to be the image of a sword in their logo. It's the first one down). The Knights of Malta, yet another Catholic secret society linked to right wing dictatorships, will have to wait for another day.

Occult Symbolism in Food Processing Industry Logos

Since the subject of occult symbolism in the entertainment industry has been done to death, both here and elsewhere, I figured I would focus on something a lot less glamorous but far more fundamental to all of our day-to-day lives. What got me started on the subject was stumbling across an Abovetopsecret thread on how the Nabisco logo resembles the pontifical cross of Lucifer, a symbol that has traditionally been used for occult rituals of the Left Hand Path. The original poster pointed out that, since the circle and the infinity symbol can both be interpreted to mean eternal life, the meaning of these two images could be the same. Before you die laughing at the idea of the undoubtedly stuffy and unfashionable Nabisco CEO engaging in Luciferian rituals, remember that there really is a conspiracy to convince Americans to eat toxic garbage, and that conspiracy has everything to do with centralization of food production into the hands of a few companies whose owners most likely belong to the occult fraternities so prominent in global politics.

Agricultural centralization is a problem equally as important as anything occurring in the cultural sphere because of its potential for causing widespread famine, disease and ecological catastrophes that can destroy human habitats. To cite one example, the clearcutting of forests necessary for monocropped industrial farms mean that any violent storm systems occurring in the region will cause an exponentially greater amount of hardship for surrounding communities, since the absence of wind blocks in the form of trees allows for an unimpeded course of destruction. There are, however, ancient horticultural methods that can render these destructive and wasteful practices obsolete, as we shall soon see.
In recent centuries, industrial agriculture has relied on tilling the soil, in addition to the widespread application of chemical fertilizers, despite the fact that these measures have been scientifically proven to result in only a short term rise in soil fertility. In the long run, destruction to soil pathways through tilling leads to compaction and erosion, resulting in poor soils that cannot support the plant life we all need to thrive. Additionally, synthetic fertilizers, which only supply the bare minimum of nutrients, need to be applied in greater and greater amounts which means more profit incentive for agricultural supply cartels and less independence for small farmers. The singular focus on monocrops also means the annihilation of a complex ecosystem that has taken thousands of years to evolve. This web of life is what prevents single organisms from acquiring a monopoly on natural resources in any given bioregion.

As a consequence of this artificial reversal of biological principles, our food supply has become increasingly vulnerable to pests and diseases, since the natural checks and balances that minimize these problems, such as beneficial, predatory insects that consume agricultural pests, as well as plants guilds that fix nutrients in the soil, increasing resistance to disease, have been all but eliminated. The loss of ecological complexity has, however, reaped windfall profits for the producers of pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, in addition to those multinational food-processing conglomerates which have a vested interest in suppressing the rise of local food movements. This problem returns us to the issue of the New World Order of food production and the occult agenda of depopulation that underlies its policies.
Above are the logos of Dole, the world's largest fruit company, and Sunkist Grower's, Inc. The image of the sun is a symbol of enlightenment, another symbol for which, the Eye of Providence, is pictured on US currency. The sun's path through the Zodiac also represents the underlying mythology that unites both Abrahamic and polytheistic faiths in the esoteric fraternities of the global establishment.
Featured prominently on the General Mills Logo is a stylized "G", an important emblem in freemasonry, in part because of its association with gnosticism which is said to be the origin of the sect.
The Walmart logo contains a Hagalaz rune, which ancient Germanic cultures interpreted as a symbol of crisis, catastrophe, impersonal power and destructive elements of nature. Because Hagalaz was the ninth rune, it was considered to be an especially important one on account of the meaning of nine as perfection and completion. Hagalaz was also inscribed on the rings of Nazi SS members, enclosed by a hexagon. On a possibly related note, Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, was a Captain who worked for Army intelligence.
Targeting Starbucks will be easy for me since they have done more than any other company to put independent coffee shops out of business, meaning that, once a year or so, I inevitably succumb to the temptation of iced green tea and end up in the maw of its awful corporate-seeming atmosphere listening to bland soft rock against my will. The Starbucks logo, along with three pentagrams, contains the image of a twin-tailed mermaid. In the ancient world, this image would have been linked to Melusine, a heraldic figure that was frequently depicted on coat of arms for the nobility. Melusine, a half-woman and half-serpent being was said to be the daughter of Godfroi de Bouillon, former king of Jerusalem and founder of both the Knights Templar and the Priory of Sion.
Returning to the Nabisco logo, one can see quite a bit of resemblance to the Cross of Lorraine, yet another heraldic figure associated with the Knights Templar, along with the Merovignians. According to the book, Holy Blood, Holy Grail, the Merovignians are one of the primary families associated with both occult fraternities and international politics.
Grupo Bimbo is one of the largest baking companies in the world. Their logo displays a hexagon, an occult symbol employed to invoke the planetary sphere of influence, as opposed to the pentagram which symbolizes the elemental or terrestrial sphere of influence. Western occultism also associates hexagrams with the planet Saturn, which astrological systems interpret as the planet of structure, technical knowledge, ambition and old age. Maybe the Bimbo product designers chose the insignia for Saturn because regular indulgence in Bimbo products induces premature aging. ;)

Along with corporate control of the food supply is the accompanying draconian legislation of regulatory agencies that seek to eliminate small farmers through layers of bureaucracy that make it nearly impossible for them to compete with large-scale agricultural enterprises. This process is accomplished through licensing fees, arbitrary bans on home production of marketable food items, government subsidies to agricultural supply companies, and outrageously high fees for organic certification. The purpose behind this legislation is to commodify the organic food movement into an easily controlled market that can be repackaged as compatible with neoliberal globalization, leaving behind the emphasis on localism and sustainability that characterized the organic foods movement from its origins. Walmart, for example, has recently jumped on the organic bandwagon, yet all the farmers they've contracted with are, due to the comparatively lower profit margins of working with small farmers, either large-scale enterprises or located in foreign countries, where workers can be more easily exploited.

The possibility of resource descent from topsoil loss and aquifer depletion may end in widespread social inequality if collective stewardship of these resources is not pursued. Native American tribes are being labelled as terrorists because of their peaceful demonstration against shale oil extraction in their local watershed. Shale oil drilling has already resulted in poisoned water supplies and evacuation of entire neighborhoods. Despite environmental problems so severe that the Louisiana coast loses the equivalent of one football field an hour due to soil erosion, right wing conspiracy theorists have suggested that environmental destruction is a total falsehood concocted by the New World Order. While it may be true that the idea of peak oil is propaganda spread by oil companies looking to raise prices, any superficial observation of yellowed plants growing in disturbed soil by the highway reveals the immediate consequences that oxidized fossil fuels leave in their wake. As the species solely responsible for catastrophes such as last year's Gulf oil spill, we have a responsibility to the web of life which connects us to the rest of creation. Earlier cultures provided a system by which we can minimize our negative impact on the earth, through a philosophy which emphasizes the sanctity of the environment as well as its human caretakers.

Look at the garden above. On an intuitive level, isn't it more aesthetically pleasing than the endless rows of monocrops that define the modern industrial farm? In this case, your senses verify the ecological principle of complexity, which simply states that as a newly emerging ecology increases in complexity, there is also a corresponding increase in productivity. To the horticulturalist, this productivity translates to an abundant, diverse harvest. The ancient but recently-named system of permaculture aims to harness the principle of complexity through a cultivated ecology that uses diverse polycultures to closely mimic the intricately interwoven plant guilds found in nature. Mature permaculture settlements are small-scale systems composed of dense layers of forest gardens, efficiently designed housing and livestock integrated in a cohesive whole.

Permaculture philosophy also emphasizes the importance of localism, not only in food production, but also in bioregional government and economics, with limits to speculation and centralization of bureaucracy. Taken together, these principles form the basis of an environmental movement structured in such a way that it provides one of the only truly effective methods of resistance against heavily centralized global governance. Many in the patriot and truth seeker communities, recognizing the flaws in global food production systems, have focused on survivalism, stockpiling non-perishable goods and, typically, ammunition as well. Yet these avenues provide no tenable solutions for creating an improved society in which resources are more equitably distributed, meaning that impoverishment and food riots are a distinct possibility in the latter stages of the American Empire. Intensive study and practice in horticulture will demonstrate that no single family can create all the resources necessary for true self-suficiency. Scientific studies have also shown that soils vary tremendously in vitamin and mineral content from one spot to another, so relying on one small area for all your food needs is a strategy sure to lead to malnourishment, even assuming that the means to produce and maintain your own food are in place. So, true autonomy from authoritarian governments means, instead of the inherent competition and violence of unmitigated self-sufficiency, a return to small-scale systems of production backed by interdependent communities. Permaculture and all its sub-disciplines provide a way out of a grim future through an emphasis on local community and sustainability beyond the globalist paradigm.

Another unlikely story....

Over the past few years I've been gradually cutting back on the amount of weed I'm smoking until it's down to a fraction of what it was: once every couple weeks now instead of several times a day. Sobriety is the ultimate goal. I've been using amino acid supplements temporarily to rebalance brain chemistry but I have to take them every day to avoid cravings. So this morning I forgot to take them and by mid afternoon I start having thoughts about how to get my hands on some weed. As I ride my bike to the grocery store another bicyclist starts riding alongside me and talking. My first thought is this guy smokes weed. I wonder if he has any. Right away he asks me if I have a rolling paper. So we stop at the 6-12 and I buy some papers. We then walk down a little alleyway and he starts telling me a story about something that happened to him years ago at a hospital. Incidentally, I wouldn't recommend wandering down alleyways with random strangers but my intuition about people is usually dependable so it happens on rare occasions.

He had lost two of his toes as a kid and ended up sharing a hospital room with a ten year old girl who he became good friends with. The girl told him her mom took happy pills to go to sleep at night. A couple years later he finds out that the girl had died after overdosing on her mom's sleeping pills. At this point it is forty years later and the guy, Jerry, ends up at the hospital, which is now abandoned, with several of his friends. While they are sitting on the grass outside, he hears a voice say Jerry, calling his name over and over again. His friends hear the voice too. He looks behind him and sees the girl standing in a window of the hospital, still looking as young as ever. Jerry says hello and asks what she's doing there and why she looks so young. She says don't you remember? I died of a drug overdose.

I was inclined to believe him because of the way he seemed to read my mind about smoking weed, but of course this could be a California thing too since pretty much everyone of a certain income bracket does it. Jerry also starts telling me about selling speed and I wonder if he know something about relevant subject matter, to phrase it ambiguously. As a matter of habit, I ask him if he's ever heard about satanic groups that murder people as part of a ritual human sacrifice. He says he knows all about it and swears that what he's about to tell me is true. Jerry had been living in an apartment that used to be a morgue before it was renovated. Already I am half convinced because Springmeier has written about how rituals are often conducted on the site of crematories and morgues because it is easier to dispose of evidence. Jerry tells me one day he is in the shower and touches the wall, which sounds as if it is completely hollow. Jerry works installing dry wall so he convinces his friend to let him rip out the wall to see what's on the other side. After removing it they discover a room with a steel table in the middle and what looks like autopsy tools.

The room also has a black book which turns out to be a diary that was apparently left by the coroner starting in the 1930s. The diary charts the course of several decades during which the coroner continually receives dead bodies with all the blood removed from them, except for trauma wounds which contain blood on the skin. None of these murders end up in the paper. The diary picks up years later and the entries are now written by another coroner who continues to receive dead bodies containing no blood. One afternoon a neighbor comes up to the coroner and asks him what's going on with the bodies. Has he discovered what happened to them yet? The coroner says no and asks the neighbor if he's been talking to the police. The neighbor says he just knows about it. The coroner wonders about their conversation and wants to talk to the neighbor about it more to find out what he knows. He even leaves a description of the street and house where the man lives. A couple weeks later the coroner leaves the apartment and discovers that the neighbor had been standing right outside his front door. He asks the coroner again if he knows anything about the bodies and of course the answer is no. This is where the diary ends.

Jerry and his friend then replace the dry wall but he can't stop thinking about it. Finally, he decides to follow the description to where the neighbor had been living. When he gets there he finds a very large house that is obviously owned by a wealthy person. Jerry stands outside the gate for awhile and then leaves. A few weeks later he comes back and does the same thing. This time a man comes outside. He says that he always sees Jerry riding around the neighborhood on his bike, breaking into cars. Then the man asks him if he enjoyed reading the diary.

He says it was placed there as a joke so Jerry and his friend would read it. The next part of what he told me sounds like a late night B movie. He also says he is a vampire who kills bad people and some of the other vampires in his group have the power to read minds. I suspect that, if this story is true, "mind-reading" could be a hidden camera although I wouldn't rule out remote viewing as a possibility either. It reminds me of Confessions of A Satanist, an articulate article written by a guy who brags about his involvement in snuff and kiddie porn, which he claims are niche industries run by and for the elite. My own experience in being in and around the black market confirms his claims that marginal elements of society are, instead of the source of the problem, more often expendable tools of higher-ups. In any case, Jerry was really creeped out by the guy but nothing ever came of their conversation. He hasn't been back to the house since then.

I may incorporate Jerry's anecdote into the Elite Human Trafficking story, in which case this post will get deleted as is the typical pattern. I'm going to meet with him soon to exchange homeopathy for tattoo work so at that point I'll get a better sense of the situation. In the meantime, if anyone recognizes the plotline of a B movie in the story here, please let me know so I can take this post down before too many people see it. :)

Another thing I want to add: others have pointed out that insider intel may be released to the public for a reason since, as anyone who studies the global power structure for any length of time knows, layers of disinformation can often be contradictory and seemingly unending. Many have surmised that the impending economic collapse of the US (which is not a certainty, by any means, although clearly the media has every intention of whipping the American public into a frenzy) has been engineered by bankers and others with an economic stake in international markets. So I wonder if the recent demonization of the US in international media doesn't somehow fit into that. I can see how personal scandals, such as the involvement of Pentagon employees in kiddie porn rings, could tie into removing the US from its current position of global dominance as a way to establish global governance. So this has got me thinking about the broader picture a bit, how to be responsible about reporting sensitive information in a way that doesn't further inflame current tensions. In a general sense, how are all these MK Ultra exposes ultimately going to be used? It's a troubling thought, and the reason for why I'm realizing that taking all the different factors into account is necessary if one wants to deal with this subject matter in a productive way.

On a personal level, obviously sobriety is an easy way to make sure that my own writing isn't "externally directed", so to speak. I've realized for awhile now that I seem to have some kind of magnetic attraction to these situations and, honestly, this too concerns me because I know how easy it is to manipulate people towards a specific agenda. Feel free to call me a megalomaniac here for thinking my blog will initiate the New World Order. ;) So anyways I'm working on it....
